Our foundation

Knowledge is an amanah. Service is a responsibility.

Helping people recognize their strengths, grow with dignity, support their families, and serve creation with purpose.

Where we began

Oneness began by helping internationally educated healthcare professionals navigate a system that too often leaves talent and compassion on the sidelines.

That lived experience continues to guide a wider commitment: helping people recognize their strengths, grow with dignity, support their families, and serve creation with purpose. Our Islamic foundation is the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah, expressed through mercy, justice, learning, and responsible public service.

Programs welcome people according to clear eligibility and public-benefit criteria. Faith is never used to diminish a person's dignity or deny appropriate professional, legal, or safeguarding support.
